The IICRC is a certification and Standards Developing Organization (SDO) non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. In partnership with regional and international trade associates, the IICRC serves more than 25 countries with offices in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

Textile Pro™ graduates have been through an intensive six-month training program on oriental rug and fine fabric upholstery care. Those who are Certified took the extra step of submitting case studies of “tricky” textiles that they inspected and washed. Unlike other cleaning courses where “passing” requires taking a simple quiz, this is the first certification program in the rug cleaning industry that is “hands on” and requires thorough documentation of every step of their cleaning process. Certification also requires submitting proof of insurance coverage for handling textiles at the time of certification.

CP certified firms are extensively trained with the most hands on decorative concrete training in the industry to transform existing concrete to look like wood floors, marble, tile, granite, slate, and in the applications of rubberized coatings that permanently waterproofs and repairs basements, pools, ponds, fountains, roofs, tanks, decks, high traffic floors, driveways, and more.
